Key Responsibilities:

CO2 (MIG/MAG), electrode (SMAW), and ceramic-backed welding techniques

Welding on naval-grade steel structures and components

Ensure weld quality meets marine standards and specifications

Requirements:

Valid and up-to-date welding certifications (mandatory)

Proven experience in welding for shipbuilding or heavy industry

Familiarity with shipyard safety procedures and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Install marine equipment and structural supports

Execute assembly and disassembly tasks as needed

Inspect and adapt piping installations to fit onboard systems

Conduct hydrostatic and pressure tests to ensure integrity and compliance

Requirements:

Proven experience in shipbuilding or marine pipefitting

Ability to read and work from technical schematics and layout plans

Strong understanding of safety procedures and marine standards
